FORMANITE Management is sleeping or went out of country,

Formanites management not sleeping, they are imposing new development charges only in possession area, because of its importance, now there are hard to find in competitive rates plots in possession area.

They have asked me six lacs development charges for 10 marla in Phase 2. There is no land for phase 2 with them, even they do not have land for complete phase-1. Are they faud?
