Air Force Plans to Launch Phase-II of Fazaia Housing Scheme in Lahore adjacent to its Phase-I of the same.
Its a 4 years plan with total cost of Rs 1.8 M per kanal, payable in bi-annual installments over a period of 4 years.
Your opinion on the feasibility of this investment is requested please.

If the proposed Ring Road is passing near Fazaia Phase-1, then I think it can be a good decision for investment. As the plan is already for four years, hence, it may prove good. Well it is purely my personal analysis and anyone can give a better opinion. |
