From Thokar Niaz Beg there is a road along the canal which goes to Bahria Town. Eden Canal Villas are perhaps at 2 to 3 Km from Thokar end.

5 Marlas new booking price in Eden Value Homes is Rs 38 Lacs, whereas 5 Marlas unit in A block available @ 35~36 Lacs in Market.
in Eden Canal Villas a 5 Marlas house may cost around 45 Lacs.
