I think its a very long term investment 8-10 years. Files are at their lowest e.g. you could get it for 8 lacs and DHA will impose high development charges as they now have the reputation of extract money and deliver less.

dha and ext is not wise invesment for atleast 5 years. invest in zone 2. prices are gaining day by day.
