I want to built a house in Islamabad for permanent residence.please advise me which is better sector i.e D-12, E-11, G-13,Islamabad to built house or otherwise.

Dear Noorani,
The one and only answer to your question is D-12.
This sector is having a fantastic lay out and there is no comparison of D-12 with any other sector you have mentioned above. I know there are few E-11 lovers around but E-11, but the fact is E-11 is a BONA sector having poor land scaping smaller roads and poor services network.
Unfortunately development of D-12 was not awarded to right contractor and this contractor is taking extra over time otherwise this sector would have got his shape by now.
If you can afford just go for D-12 and enjoy scenic view of Islamabad and Margala hills. |

If u an wait 6 months D-12 is best option. 2nd option is
G-13 or G-14/4. |

In Islamabad where ever you construct or live water is a problem these days and so will be in D-12.
You can buy and start your house today but Boring pump is must and I am sure by the time you will complete the construction works all services will be available too.

no ground work and road network in d-12 yet. alteast it will be liveable after 3 to 5 years. you cannot construct house in d-12 in near future for at least 2 years. please check the ground work first. e-11 is liveable and better place at the moment. |

I purchased a plot at a good location of D-12 just a year ago. Today I am getting offers about 12-14 percent more than my purchase price. I am getting many calls from dealers eager to purchase. |

It is a rectangular plot which dimensions are 54 x 90 = 4860 Square Feet located at Hakla Road Sector E-18 Opposite Block A Gulshan-e-Sehat in Islamabad. Motorway is 300 meters far from this plot and it is at a very prime location not in depression in any way.
