its very strange . BT extracting money in strange ways. I asked them for my plot. They asked me to pay 1200000 for 1 K for posseion charges. which I did. Now they saw deposit 65000 for map aproval. while it wl be my responsibility to get it approved by TMA myself. I asked hen waht is this money for if i have to get aproval from TMA. Then they ask deposit more then one lekh for utility connections. I do not understand then what were development charges which i PAid more then 4 lakh. Any one investing or buying plot in BT sector C please keep in view these charges too. YOu have no other option against this black mailing of BT administration.

Basically they think you have earned a lot of money by investing in BT and now it it their right to get some back and eat some of this fruit. Please give them and hurry. |
