I wanted to buy a plot in Rawalpindi / Islamabad and impressed by Bharia's development and standarad. I am not in hurry to construct a house but want to hold a plot to construct in later stage may be after couple of years.
what do you think, is it right time or should I wait ?
At the same time which sector is better and have more potential to grow.
Will you agree if I buy a 1K plot in phase-8 or a 10 marla in developed sector 2 to 6 .
Is it worth to buy a expensive but so called better location plot or all will be same when sector developed.
what is average price range of 1K plot in phase -8
