What are the plot prices in this society?

10 marla- 18 lacs.
12 marla- 23 lacs.
14 marla- 25 lacs.

you may get plot at higher or lower than aforementioned prices as it depends on location and seller demand. I posted some pictures as well last week, take a look at them. Also before you buy do visit the society .

Yes, I have seen those photos. I want to ask that can you give an advise on investment?

How good is this society for investment purpose? I believe for investment purpose who real estate market is dead as there are so many plots but very small number of buyers.

I am looking to buy a plot in a good society in LHR or Islamabad within few months and hopefully InshaAllah I would start contruction next year. This is what I am planning but so far I am not able to finalize the society.

This society does seems a good choice based on what you have written above however I don't know where I would be based when I move back to Pakistan as it would depend upon the job availability.
Anyways, InshaAllah Allah would do best for me and everyone else. Some people say that constructing a house in Pakistan under current situation is not advisible but this is my country and homeland and this is where I would be living.
