Dear all,
What is the scope of I-12 or its adjacent sectors? Is it worth to buy or not? I think this sector will hardly be developed as capital authority is lazy.Is it good to invest here in this phase?

its better u invest ur hard money in I-11 sector instead of I-12.

thanks, but i-12 is cheaper becasue its away from i-11 and my finianicial situation is not allwoing me to go to i-11.so what is your opinion about i-12.how much time required for development.when development wil start?how many years to wait? |

I-12 Sector is far about development. it would take couple of year to develop .there is no news of development i-12 sector in future.as u know that cda has hired contractor to start development in sector i-11.sooon development is going to start in i-11 as cda mentioned in it website .
according to your pocket,it would be better for u to invest in B-17 .
7 marla takreban 8 lac ka mil jahay ga with all dues clear including land of cost and development charges. |

i-11 25*60 around 22 lak
i-12 25*50 around 10 lak
i-16 30*60 around 14 lak
G-11 one kanal around may be more than 2 karor. exact figure i dont know about G-11. |
