Lahore Real Estate Market Pulse as of 10.30 Am Mar 27, 2010 says

DHA Lahore Phase 9/10 Allocation File Buyer(s) at 14.60 Lacs But Seller(s) not available in Market

What does it mean seller not available :h

There will be some rate to get sellers in market what that can be assumed 16, 17 or 20 lacks

please comment :)

With DHA Phase 9/10 will be the same happan like DHA phase 8. There is no future of 9/10.

Phase 8 still better because it has good location, no matter
where you get plot, in long run phase 8 is not bad.

May be today is it seems high price but property is property. Money is not secure in Banks also.

No offense Amjid but I have heard this phrase of no future many times before about certain societies and mostly they were wrong. If DHA 9/10 future is not bright at the moment it is because the overall situation of real estate market in Pakistan is very bad shape otherwise there is nothing wrong with Phase 9/10 considering its connection with ring road, ferozpur road, remaining DHA phases and few minutes drive from Airport.

We would see the future of Phase 9/10 bright when the overall real estate market in Pakistan gets on track. So far we are not able to sort out our matters of security, flour, sugar & rice etc. Property comes later on.

Trechnically speaking, if developed, Phase 9/10 will prove to be the best among rest of its counterparts. But realistically, this Phase is at least generation & a half away, keep your fingers closed until then!!!

And your "realistic" estimate of "generation & a half" is based on what facts sir, do you mind telling?

Are you talking about humans or your species? What exactly is the time span of one generation to multiply that with 1.5? Do you say so because DHA 9/10 is basically less than one KM away from heavily populated DHA phase 4 and only a stones throw from DHA phase 5 where the construction activity is in full swing. It amazes me how quickly every Tom, Dick and Harry on this website becomes a property analyst (or analist in your species of special generation life span).

Kindly elaborate your "realistic" mussings.
