I am interested by the images of Zaraj Town it is impressive, congratulations on building house there.

May i kindly ask is this society has full proof security system i mean like dha is it surrounded by walls and are there security guards ?

Rizwan Bhai, thanks. Security seems to be good. Walls enclosing the society (see pictures posted last week), guards patrol during night time and at the entrance everyone stopped and asked before entering. Also Zaraj Residencia will have another level of security. When i was there 2 weeks back, I came back from dinner at around 12:30 am and guards were patrolling streets.

Saad Bhai, yes it is far from bluearea. Islamabad Highway takes you straight into heart of Islamabad, other route is to take airport road to Islamabad highway. It took me 40 mins to reach bluearea at around 8 pm.

Another thing, if your budget is around 30-50 lacs then go for Bahria Town 1-6. No load shedding :) and its beautiful, its new standard of living in Rawalpindi. I personally like Phase 4, 5 & 6. Phase-6 road takes you to Islamabad highway from back (near Soan Garden and O9). Bahria 10 marla goes around 30+ lacs depending location and block, 1 kanal from 45 lacs. But Zaraj is good too if you plan to buy, its small and I personally think will be 80-90% populated in 2-3 years.
