i want to make my 10marla home in bahria phase8 islamabad.but i dont know current price in phase8.please any brother guide me and tell me price blockwise 10marla and one kanal.i want to construct after 2 to three years time.in which block possession is avaible and in which blocs possession will be avaible after one year.thanx and jazak-Allah khair. :h

Since you have to construct in 2 to 3 years I hope possession will be available in all phases by then at present the price range is as below.
The expensive one are better located or close to hand over for construction works
125 Sq Yard 7 Lacks
250 Sq Yard 10 to 14 Lacks
500 Sq Yard 20 to 26 Lacks |
