I have sent a registered email to DHAI Management regarding payment plan and slow development. I really need cooperation from all from the Middle East and rest of the world who have invested in DHA Valley Project. Pls send me your confirmation/agreement with your contact number to my email address "" to make this a successful deal.

"Please be informed that after DHA Express Way, we did not heard/noticed any major development. My cousin brother recently visit DHA Valley site and noticed very slow work only front /main site, other area remain undeveloped.

Moreover there are rumers in the market that DHAI did not acquire /sufficient land in order to complete this project. Some of the owner of this land has refused to sell their land to DHAI.
Also, it has been observed that DHAI not taking interest to update their web site regarding update of their pending/under construct projects. These are really major drawback as investor losing their interest towards DHAI.

Keep in view the international rules and standards in property market where developer always asked to take the balance 25 to 30% of the land value at the time of handing over. In these circumstances, investor from the UAE market has decided that 25% of the total value will be handed over to DHAI at the time of handing over with complete development as promised.

We hope that DHAI will cooperate us in this regard. If DHAI really committed to hand over this project on time then DHAI Management should not have any concern on this, anyhow DHAI will not handover until the dues is cleared.

Actually DHA Valley investor don’t want to see the delay similar like to DAHI Phase -2 and extension where the investors are selling their plot at lost now even though they have paid already long back all the dues and till date no major development have been noticed/seen.

Reference to the above, last three installments will be paid at the time of handing over of plot which is around 25 to 30% of the total amount. DHAI cooperation in this regard will be really much appreciated."
