Serious Advice needed - Please help,

As salamualaikum

Water from my neighbour's wall which is 10ft higt from our ground floor enters our area. We have requested them several times, but they do not listen. Please advice what to do?

I do not want to involve Police or courts because it is a never ending process. Is there any agency where I can write and they respond on the query?

If some one is not rational then it is very difficult to have some solution. If the situation has not yet went worst then you should first see the solution and then offer the solution and its cost. If they are agreed upon please spend few thousands to solve the issue.

There is another alternative:

Take one or two Black Goat Heads (Siryaan, you know!), along with some turmeric, blood-stained pieces of, an Old Fashioned Doll pierced with substantial number of needles & place the whole consignment at your neighbour's roof top. Believe me it will prove to be a sure shot recipe for "Disaster" for him & you will definitely feel significant changes in his current attitude.

You should report to LDA when the building was in progress, they could even stop construction work. Now the only way is to go to court.
