Welcome Brother,

It was advertise that DHA-8 blotting will be ( by ) 05th April 2010.

Do you think it will be in time ? & / OR will be earlier then last day i.e 5.4.10 ?

How many applicant applied ? Any idea if an ordinary man want to attend the balloting ceremony ?

Mujahid Sahib & All the Friends,
We all talk about the fucture of Phase 6, 8 & 9/10 but no body
wants to say any thing about phase 7.
I have a plot in phase 7 block Y No between can not
remember because the papers are in Lahore.
I would be much obliged if some one can through some light about
this plot.
I purchase this plot in two days when I was in Lahore and did not
do much research regarding it fucture & when would you think
possession will be given.
Do you think I should sell this plot and buy some thing else.
This plot costed be nearly 30 Lacs in summer 2009.
I would like to construct my house on this plot in 3 to 4 years
what are your comments?

AZ sahib Paragon prices are without development charges. Dev charges are these
1kanal= 9 lacs, 10 Marla = 5 lacs, 5 Marla = 3 lacs

Ikram bhai I think you should hold your Y block DHA 7 plot now and you will have a ready for house plot in 1 to 2 years time. Price range here is about 28 to 29 lacs.

JA sahib How DHA could let people play the game of lottery with just
Rs 5500 processing fee. If some one had a plot of bad location in DHA 8 ballot they may never make down payment to DHA. 45 days time was to return down payment after ballot to unsuccessful applicants.I am told it was a misprint in newspaper advertisement that down payment could be made in 45 days.


Allah Rakha bhai I am praying Parkview files are included in ballot but I dont see much chances of it to be included in ballot on April 5th. I am sorry if I broke your heart.

Dear freinds thanks for very nice comments. I missed you all too. In just a couple of days I will caych up the things and will update charts data etc too. Right now I am working on DHA 6 NEW slightly changed updated map.

khalid bhai as of today over 100 houses under construction in DHA 6 and over 30 families are now living in DHA 6 Lahore. There are problems like no gas yet but it should be available by Dec 2010.They are now 70% done inlaying gas pipe lines in DHA 6.
