it is never easy to find out whether the developer is sailing from the limit he has approval OR sailing more then the area he has actual have.

Always get a copy of approved lay out plan and get it confirmed from CDA and also find out the permission is preliminary and / or conditional.

For example at one stage Jeddah town was approved but now bank corrupt and absconded.

In simple words be attentive and alert while buying in poor reputation developer.

Thanks for your prays.I am not dealer Sir, Price is about 75 lekh for good house. Brand new houses might be arround 120 lekh.
