Could you please mention which plot of 1 Kanal in DHA Phase 8 are best, at least which site of this Phase having more value and best for living.

Your question needs a deep study of map and long answer. I am going to write a detailed post about this subject. I am trying to find some peaceful time to write this post asap.

At least the areas on both sides of Broadway are supposed to be good, But I confirmed myself that this area is 10 to 18 feet deep on both sides of Road |

Ring road, Broadway and two proposed express roads passing through DHA-8 and then 70' wide link roads laid across how there can be a bad located plot.I think there are good, very good and excellent location plots only.
A plot in deepration from road will be blessing to make lighten basement and no cost. |
