i have heart that iibuilders works is not gud. they have no potential to do a high class work jst used cheap labour after 2 yr house lowdown and sim in the walls comes.

u should elaborate here each and every thing about construction means rate , using material and payment schedule and time duration to complete double story wid size.
one thing making me angry that y r u not telling us rate,material ,payment schedule ,time duration etc.
