hello folks....I want to know will this 18th amendment bring the change for good?
it seems like gov't did start few hydel projects but it will take sometime to materialize. Chinese civilian plants are also on way.
So...is it a suitable time to invest in real estate? what kind of average rate of return are we expecting in the next 10 years?
