The official site of DHA Lahore is not responding, probably due to ballotting of Phase-8.
Any experience.

According to latest news! there was no one there at the ballot only few people and state agents along with dha people! and as per they said they will distribute the list tommorow as per dealers said! lets c what happen ! but till now one it was SANATA there are auditorium! |

even if Parkview is not inculded, the prices of parkview file will increase ... and prices of parkview plots will decrease due to heavy people willing to sell .... JUST RELAX... Parkview people will benefit eventually .. |

It seems as if very few people have applied for plots. Many people are waiting the outcome of ballot and the plots will be in the market less than the total price declared by DHA. Just wait and see!!! |

@Sheikh .. are you sure that there were only few people ? I am based abroad and am surprised that why DHA has done that. I was expecting an overwhelming presence because DHA wrote in their ad that "We received applications more than what we expected". Even if Bahria Town performs such a balloting session, there are lot of people.
Secondly it is also surprising that results are not readily available. I think it is an era of IT and certainly DHA people are not poor that they can't have such IT facilities.
Anyway lets see what happens next ... I wish for good .. |

DHA Cinema was full with people looking for ballot results. I was at ballot site. |

Imran bhai BIG fishes could have already done it and could have released the results today to make it more halal.
Please be not so negative about every thing. It takes time to print sheets for 1000s of plots and than each person in ballot committee must sign each sheets and all data for on line checks must be verified for accuracy before it is released.
