100% all our deparments are corrupted. We are a shamless nation. We don't have the right to have a country any more. No more hope for this counrty, we are moving toward a painful end...

Yes, we have problems, but solution is to solve them, just like india and china, (they still have corruption and other problems), but solution is not to finish inida or chian but fix these.
