Just copy and paste the link I already mentioned, you will get a screen asking you CNIC, enter your CNIC without "-". You will get the result.

Uptil now DHA has not public this link.

yes you are right. I just tried to check again and its giving tcp error. Possibly because of over loading. wait for some time and keep trying.
