I am very sorry to hear it. 38 lacs all dues cleared and will take many months to sell it.

I dont understand why developers dont build small commercial areas around graveyards like sector shops. At Least they wont loose price like res plots do.

I think, I should wait because this is not a best time to sell the property , all over the world property is down. sometime
DHA relocate the plot. DHA did many changes in ph 7 and ph 5.

I am agree with your comment, Developer should understand that when they make map. Grid stations, Gravyard put on the side, not a middle of the residentional Area like V , X , and S Block. They should make
one Big graveyard on the side. This way people not loose value of plot. But DHA is not suffer , members suffer and they do not care. These days their mentality to play with members, not a take care of members. I am constantly visit your website. Many members get CORNOR
plot OR infront of PARK , and they end up with non cornor and infront of dead end.

I was reading last weak one of member get hurt. He has Cornor plot and he get Non Cornor. We all have to write and give them suguestion
because they are visit this website.
