CMY Sahib your map with estiamted rates mentions P8 sector S arround 38 to 45 lac. does it mean fully paid? i.e if i want to sell today price will be less by 10 lac (development charges) 28 to 35 lac?
Just another silly question how far is indian border from Sector S? I remember going for hunting in BRB area. Thanks you have done a wonderful job during this period.

Dear Ahsan sahib,
Not many people know that the Indian border from BRB canal on the Barki road is 14 kilometres away and the same BRB canal is just about 1 kilometre from the Indian border on Bedian road!
Thus many people wrongly believe Dha lahore Phase 7 to be very close to the Indian border !
p.s. BRB canal cuts bedian road and barki road diagonally and not straight! |
