Parkview one kanal file,

i am having 3 parkview files from the last 5 years and stuck over there. should i get rid from those files or still wait ?

This is the first time you have given any direction to parkview file holders. I foresee a bigger drop in the file prices as your recommendation sounds more like an alarm hahahah

Within 3 Years i lost in Parkview

when i got then Pakistani rate was 37 Lac per file in early 2007

Us $
(60000 $ ) 60000 x 3 = 180,000 dollars

Now

28000 x 3 = 84000 dollars

so over all 96000 $ lost almost 81 Lac :(

though cmy may have a reason which he didnt mention here but my advice is absolutely different,hold on ur files.it will pay u back ,ballotting before march 2011 n location within the phase 8,will never go across the barki road

Parkview plots across the burki road should not effect its price that much but fear is that may lies in DHA 9-10 area which is far cheaper than current parkview price.

Yaqoob it seems you are a liar. First you say since five years then you say since early 2007. That is three years. Have you not seen the country's conditions since early 2007. Your claim seems imaginary using the best and worst numbers. You choose peek price 37 lacs for parkview kanal then you want to point everything like $ rate etc just to portray bad picture of overall investment. It seems you have soem negative agenda and are paid by enemies of pakistan. It may be possible that all the bad things could have hit you together but looking at your 5year 3year difference it seems you have made up a really bad imaginary incidence.

Anyway even if your story is true against your very offensive bye bye pakistan we the real pakistanis overseas and inside the country say good riddance. Pakistan will Insha Allah survive without your 3 files parkview gamble. You can serve your masters else where.

Dear Pakistani it is Customary, when you buy an investment in 20 Lac and then peak price reaches 80 but you don't sell and later you sell @ 60 Lac . You will tell 100 people I got 20 Lac loss Hoof Hoof

I have lost 30 % because of currecny devaluation and then about 15% on plot's bad location in DHA 8 (total loss about 45%). The real issue is that when it was file, i could have sold it in weeks, if not days. But now i am stuck up for months or probably years. In my view File business is a gamble, which is always bad for many and good for few. My advice is to sell park view file, add some more money and buy a good plot in Ph 6 or 7 before you are stuck like me. please its just an opinion and may be baised because i got a bad location plot, make your own due diligence.
