Present market rate of one kanal plot in E-16/3 is in the range of 20-26 lacs incl.dev.charges. |

worst location 18 to 22 lac for kanal plot in e-16
and 10 to 14 lac for 10 marla plot prices depending on location.
people can ask 30 lac per kanal after construction started this year. so its the best place and time to invest. |

Best plots on location wise in E-16/3 are in street 2,3 & 4 but the problem is all the plots are in the 40 ft wide street, only the few best levelled plots from n0.21-27 are in the best location of 100 ft wide road main boulevard. Once the construction started, the price will go up to 50-60 lacs in two years time. I think this is the best time to invest. |
