Dear Cmy sahib snd viewers,
One question is puzzling me and that is if a successful applicant (of dha phase 8 ballot)wants to sell his plot and the plot value is say 42 lacs for 1 kanal as against the Dha Lahore value of 55 lacs ( for 1 kanal plot)then how will the transaction take place? How will the loss of 13 lacs be adjusted in this transaction?
Could someone please throw some light on this issue?

To my understanding the prospective buyer (for installment plots)will bargain with you on the amount you already deposited at the time of submission of application for ballot. Surely you will lose handsome money. The rest of the installments will be paid by the buyer which I think will start from August/September 2010 and payable in 12 equal installments in 3 years. |

Many interesting observation may be seen, Most of such intersection will not take place in early months of paying period, That is only possible after 2012. Most of the deals you will see in these days will be plots on files.
If plots prices fall really to this extent then many people with confirmed bad locations may stop paying at all. |

Supposing one deposited 5 lacs plus with the original application of the 1 kanal plotand the total price difference now is 13 lacs (quoting the above example)that would mean the original owner would have to give the prospective buyer 8 lacs from his own pocket plus the plot?
Wouldnt it be better to just forget the down payment made to dha lahore and not take the plot?? In which case Dha lahore will still own that plot and also get 5 lacs..? I foresee lots of cases like this where the original owner will just dis-appear!
Could Mr. CMY please comment??

It is similar Scenario when person buys a car on installments and remaining installments are much more than market value of car. May be a car dealer can shed light how such deals materialize. |

I think such seller is owner of file who bought the file at price of 32 and now selling plot at 42 .... |
