Dear all,
6 weeks back ,I was in Islamabad and I was told by an official of cabinet divsion to give an application with account detials for refund of Rs 92K and they would kindly deposit cheque in my account.
I am chasing the concerned person but answer seems to be unsatisfactory.
Please give me phone contact of responsibile persons whom I can call from overseas as no response on land line.

Can you please also share the development status of the this society?
Have the possession given?
Are any houses contructed there?

it is wise to refund the money if you have only paid one installment of 92k because society has imposed a 20% surcharge when they going to apply for possession so they are going to pay 1 lac extra for development charges. file holders who have not paid development charges are not going to get any plot in the sector.
i have applied today for possession of my plot and society gave me a date of 15th may to get my allotment letter and possession. |

There are no houses as possession is yet to be given.The refund is to reconcile my account.
