Is it true that bahria town has imposed 1 million rupees as connection & transfarmer charges on sector c commercial plots which is definately a huge amount. What is the reason and what are current rates?

Just when the holders of these plots think they are about to get something good on there investment Bahria Town impose charges like these which keep the rates static. Like the development charges. |
