Can you please assess the price of plot 371 Y, DHA Phase 8 Lahore I got this plot through balloting.
Also guide I am away from Pakistan in Qatar. How I will be able to pay the installments. Actually my parents are returning to Pakistan so guide what sort documents I may sign them so that they can pay installments on my behalf do they need any sort of forms to be signed by me so that they may quarterly installments.

If you have given your Qatar address, intimation letter with full details of schedule of payments which is expected by the middle of May 2010, will come to your foreign address. You can pay to DHA by sending bank draft from overseas. Also anybody on your behalf can pay to DHA in the shape of bank draft and you will be issued acknowledgement of receipt of draft by DHA. No form is needed to be signed by you. Nothing to worry on this aspect. Only important point is you must pay installments as per schedule otherwise there is 20% penalty on delayed payments. |

There is no problem in paying installment any body from your family or friend can pay installment.Askary Bank is official Bank of DHA. Any body can go and ask the Bank for DHA-8 Challan form, you have to mention your plot number registration number and NIC-number.
In The bottom of form your signature if you are not there pay can write your short name.That is enough. |
