I have the plan to settle in Islamabad and looking for a apartment in the range of Rs. . Is someone have some idea of apartment in in this range.

In this range u can purchase luxary appartment in F-10 or F-11. Flats in I-8 are also good but construction is very old.

F-11 is the best sector to buy flat. Never even think to buy in BARA KAHU.

It is also matter of finding the ‘right’ apartment building. There are many issue when it comes to buying an apartment, some buildings have more then one owners and apartments are sold multiple times. some are with great features but high prices. Just be conscious.

I would suggest go for renting for a year first. Later on, if you like, look for one which is for sale.

F11 is the best option, these are really nice apartment. Also there are some in E11.

F-11 is the best option and you can have a 3-4 bed apartment in this range....Abu Dhabi Tower has approximate cost of 10 Million for a 3 bed apartment but there are other apartment buildings nearby with 8 Million or so....
