Amar sahib, my suggestion to you is to go to a guest house for a couple of days and search for renatl when you are in Lahore. You can find a furnished single portion (like an apartment) with all the amenities for 40-50 thousand rupees a month. I will also recommend to mention to the rental agent that you are visiting from Karachi. Whatever you say NEVER mention the six letter word A-B-R-O-A-D. If you do that, there will be no shortage of the Asfrafs who will overcharge you way over the market.
@Ashraf. Ashraf sahib, kuch khuda ka khauf karo, the economy is no longer as good overseas as you would imagine. Lets see 300 thousand rent, the most expensive brand new 1 kanal house in DHA rents for 80,000-100,000 lac. That must be some very nice furniture that you are renting for over 200,000 per month. |
