DHA Valley work is almost stopped due to unavailability of Land. only 500 kanal land is availabilble and earthwork is done there. Expressway is prepared in patches and remaining portion are not given by land oweners.
DHA phase-2 Extension work is far from start.
DHA Tower commercial shops are not bought by anybody.
Now DHA future is doubtful.

looking to DHA progress of work, Nobody will believe and invest in DHA.
They are not providing the The Good living to people but they are suffering the people which are waiting from years to take possession of their Plots.

However it is too much to convince people to taking investments from Islamabad to Lahore?
Regarding DHA Homes, which are located in Valley only, the Turkish company is already onsite; ground work is in full swing. Ground work is the main job. After ground work, the construction part is always fast.
They may have problems with the land owners but remember it is not ONLY DHA, it is a JV among BT, RH & DHA.

The Earthwork is done only 1% of total land of DHA Valley Islamabad, where Turkish company is going to start the work. The remaining area is untouched from 2 years. 95% land is not purchased yet. You should not believe DHA announcement too much. Visit to site and Check this is only 500 kanal area which is handed over to Turkish company.

I visited DHAI Phase I Islamabad and saw that the development in Phase I Ext is restarted and is in progress. I also met with Mr Faisal DD Planning who says INSHAALLAH Phase I Extdevelopment will be completed in 2 years. It is a good news, anybody else who want to share his knowledge about development of phase 1 Ext. Please comment

Saleem is saying the honest thing. Please atleast if we cannot say the honest thing, dont discourage other people from speaking the truth.
DHA is saying this from last 4 years. Now army is part of corruption. DHA has totally distroyed the name of army. Shame of DHA. We purchased plots in DHA becuase we thought that atleast army will 50% be honest, but allas, DHA is commiting and they breaking its commitment. No Hope to me.
Who is saying Property is down. Look at India, bangladesh, Srilanka, Indonesia, Malasia and Thailand ( i have worked in almost all these coutnries and still in ourside country now).
Saleem, you are doign the nobel work. I beleave what ever you are writing.

Mr. Saleem awan you are really doing a grt job by informing people abt the current situation dha islamabad.

I have a plot in phase 2 extension sector -E islamabad, I bought this plot 5 years ago, so can you tell me the current worth of the plot it is of 1 kanal and all development charges are paid and should I sell the right now or still wait.
Secondly I dont know much about commoners town or ex commoners town so can you tell me that whether my plot is part them or not.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
