In 3 months you should see construction of few houses including mine Insha-Allah as many owners are going through architecture, design and CDA approval phase as we speak. A family member of mine will also start in about 6 months and tells me that there are several of his friends going through the same preparation phase. My family memeber is an ex government employee and knows a few allottes from his ministry hat have een waiting to build a home for over 20 years.
I do believe that in about one year, you should see a lot more houses being build. Keep in mind that it does take any new area a couple of years to take proper residential shape and convert into a proper livable place. Some utilities are also not completed yet. Electric grid station is being built, though I heard last week that the contractor stopped the work temporarily since his payment was not released by CDA; I think it is temporary halt, but Allah knows best.
