Deae CMY, aslamualikum i got the worst ever plot in ph 8 ballot it is in v block facinf grave yard. please can u advise me what to do. keep it , sell it, how much i can get? please... for dha it was very easy to make this row v and other row to make them 2 kanal plots all will be facing park with back on grave yard...no sence in making these one kanal facinf grave yard....please comment on this ....

I agree with you, DHA can make 2 Marla or 3 Marla Secter shop on
this row, this way 1 kanal plot holder instead of facing Gravyard
they have facing Commercial, which is not bad. I advice all plot holder of this row can write DHA to re-locate their plot. They invest
lot of money. Due to one person mistake who make this stupid Mape. DHA must take Notice and Change location ASAP. I urge all plot holder
of this row protest against this location. |

about it and may be they shifted gravyard from V Block to some other location Or phase 8 S Block back side. because this is not a good location for graveyard. GraveyardS should be on the ONE SIDE in MAP NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESIDENT PLOTS LIKE " V/X/S " BLOCKs |

DHA change location of X Block. DHA may change V Block Gravyard Facing residential plot location too. But we have to bring this matter in their knowledge, about 20 members losing 10 lac due to facing Gravyard. Total amount = 02 Cror. DHA consider this matter
seriously. |

i also had a plot in good location in x block and was corner too! but suddenly the map changes and now its facing grave yard non corner:P i am thinking of not paying any installment in future cause the total cost of the plot will be 55 lacks and we can even sell this plot in 30 lacks ( Phase-7 worst location plots are of 24 laks with all dev charges) so if we pay 55 lak in 3 years and lose 15 laks why dont we do it now and loose only 455500 better then 15 lakh, cause in may june we have to pay the membership fee and i am damn sure that near completion they will ask for more 3-4 laks, so my suggestion to all those ppl who have worst location plots like me should leave the money or wait for the buyer to buy on less then your deposited money. And for file holders who got worst location plots, i feel sorry for them cause they will loose more money then ballot ppl! |

It was bad luck that you got facing graveyard plot. Sell it as soon as possible. Get a bad plot was not your mistake but bad luck. Keep sitting on a worst location will be your own mistake.
99% buyers are turned off from these type of bad locations. If DHA 8 gains 1 lac these graveyard facing will gain only 20000.
Let me make it easy for you to deciede.If you had money lets say 40 lacs. Will you buy this plot. If your answer is yes. Keep the plot. If your answer is no than sell this plot. |

will write them, please make another road middle of this row ( Ph.8 X Block ) Or make a secter shop infront of this row, about 17 members
losing 10 lac value of their plot. |
