Awami Villas are NOT completed yet and no one knows when will be possession given to owners. As location of this project is very far from Lahore so its importance is no more there in the market.
5 Marla premium quality Awami villa will around Rs.6 lac. It is only to give you an idea otherwise its sale purchase in the market is not going well. |

What can be possibly though behind this act? Why they are not disclosing it? Its mean the money of the people have gone waist or everyone is keeping their files with them so once the location will be described prices will jump! It was a great hope for those people who are really really needed. I was checking it for one of my friend who really do not afford much so first Idea come to my mind is Awami villas but i forget that its pakistan no matters which ever society is making that project!!
So there is no answer for questions related to Awami Villas
