Dear Adil AoA,

If one buys this 15Lac plot, what other changes are involved before starting construction:

1. Transfer Fee?
2. Any other cost for seller (commission)?
3. Are possession charges paid (if not how much)?
4. Map approval fee?
5. Any other fees involved to start construction?

Sir all dues clear plot mean land cost development charges + possession charges paid.transfer fee 10 marla 68500.our commission 1%.map approval fee 90000.Rs
