I am planning to build a house in DHA, please any one can tell me in which blocks i can get a plot from range of 50-60 lacs. Also when can i start building and what are the suburbs of Air avenue, do all the boundries are now linked with Phase 8 map released by DHA. CMY, if you have some plots in this range please do tell, as i intend to make the deal soon.

Khalid sahib no boundaries or roads are linked to DHA 8 proper from Air Avenue.
I will strongly suggest B H J of DHA phase 6 to start a new house today. There price range for one kanal is 63 to 70 lacs. |

Dear CMY, thanks for the mail, but my budget is around 50-55, so can not afford Phase 6. Also guide me will those roads, be made in future ( how many years) and how will this area be connected to the other phases like commercial bulivard, phase 6 main road etc.
Also do guide me some phases and plots which can come in my range ( 1 kanal) in Air Avenue.
I want to start building from next month, so are all necessities available there? |

In this budget, the best option in my opinion is Block F or K as it is right next to the Golf course. You should be able to get a very good location plot in 50-55 lac. |

In your budget you should buy D block plot. 9 houses under construction in D block now |

But there are no D block in Air Avenue, i guess it starts from L to R , but not sure. Also let me know if you have some ready to construct houses there and are all basic necessities provided? |

Khalid Sb, you are asking for apples and they are telling u about oranges. They will not encrouge you to buy in Air Avenue. Your title says Air Avenue Investment ( phase 8), but still they are talking about Phase-6. Keep trying. Best wishes. |

Though its your oen personal preference, but why are you stuck on Air Avenue. CMY is advising block D in Phase 6. If you can get the plot in your budget range. then Phase 6 is better than Air Avenue, if you plan to built your house slowly, phase 6 would be ideal for living with 2-3 years. |

Yar why dont some one answer bout what i ask, Onlloker is right, i am asking apples and reply is oranges. I want an immediate construction, so cant go to Ph 6, i like Air avenue appraoch and location more, so intrested in that!!!!. |
