When is the Balloting and what is the current Rate of 1K File.
Should I keep it or sell it.

Umar bhai balloting will be held on July 23 2010 for Khayaban e Amin files.
One kanal old 22 lacs booking file is available at 9.25 lacs.
10 marla old 16 lacs booking is available in 6.25 lacs.
Transfer fee for above is ONLY 5000.
New booking 5 marla possession plots are available at 7.5 lacs.
New booking 5 marla non possession plots are available at 6.5 lacs.

The owner Sahar is a good guy and has very good reputation in market. He got most land cleared in DHA 6 and DHA 8 for DHA Lahore. I think this guy will deliver and is different from other developers. If I had a file I would keep it. |

Can you please tell me the current status of the Khayaban e Amin Files. Currently i have two files bought at a higher rate. Now after a long time i am hearing some news regarding the Ballot.
Do you have any idea of the current market price? And also the location of the purposed land for this ballot?
DO the current Ring Roadd project have any connection with this scheme?

khayaban e amin is the best option to invest at this time in lahore,simly the best,all the commitments have been full filled |

can any one tell me that what is happening in khayaban e amin .i bought house no185g five marla house in 2007 but it is still constructing or going to finnsh when i want to sell it
