If you are serious buyer please do call us or email us for plot numbers.
From now on I will not disclose the direct locations plot numbers here because we are loosing too much business due to displaying the plot numbers. Dishonest dealers get phone numbers from DHA and than start bothering my clients even at 2 am in the morning. For years I was displaying plot numbers with price and lost too much business. We worked very hard and displayed our all plots and work on line but these dishonest people don't do any work and just visit our website to see what is confirm and available in market and than start calling owners after taking phone numbers from DHA people.
When we get a plot we spend too much money energy and advertise their property on many mediums. Many clients do give their property to these dishonest dealers (that call them by taking phone numbers from DHA) took the shortcut because they get an offer even if its lower than they asked us. These clients don't thinks once HOW these dishonest dealers GOT TO THEM. Who was working hard on these plots for weeks or many time for months. Few good clients do ask us once that some dealers are now contacting us and making some offers should I sell my plot to them. I always tell them go ahead for their good but do you think its fair for client to do this type of deal?
I think every owner should at least ask these dishonest dealers not to call them and report these thugs to DHA and ask these people to buy their property to from LRE so that we get some thing for the efforts we made on that property some time for the months. |

CMY why you dont mention line nuber, Like 4,5 Plots. Otherwise buyerw will get no idea. That too will lose people interest |

I am quite surprised to hear that the DHA provides telephone nos. of plot owners to others without plot owners consent. This would never happen in countries with data privacy guidelines in place. Isn´t there any data protection law devised by the state of Pakistan to preserve privacy? |

CMY is absolutely correct. DHA emplyees get in touch with dishonest dealers and provide them the information.
I would urge all to refrain from dealing with such TUGHS.
I would give my example as I keep receiving different calls and letters from various property dealers asking me to sell my plot where as I am not interested to sell them. The only place they could get the information is from the employee sitting on the computer in DHA.
I wish and pray for the success of CMY who is providing lot of information on just one touch - computer, who has broken the monopoly of these dishonest dealers. |

I fully endorse the concern of Mr CMY with a request to owners to abide by their conscent given to anyone. Owners must know that a lot of efforts are involved in advertising, projecting and marketing the property till its maturity. Regards to all |
