One of my relative living outside is interested to build a house in Murree or near to Murree to spend the summer vacations with family. I have heard that Judicial Town - Chatter is society with good location and also resident of high profile. I will appreciate if someone provide information about houses built and families settled, what is the average cost of 1 Kanal plot (minimum and maximum), security of the society and average driving distance/time to Islamabad. :h

I don’t know much about it, but I can tell you for sure that it’s a scenic place to live. i visted the place few years ago. You live very close to natural life in fact. that means a lot for nature loving folks, but it come with many challenges including security. My pricing ideas are outdated. so may be some one else can talk about it. |

Stay away simply.
In 1992 development work was completed when i visited first time Judicial Town Chatter.Surroundings are scenic. Development standard is poor. Few months back i visited again very few houses are constructed. No sale purchase or growth in rate.No RENTAL VALUE. Some houses are for sale but they are not able to find purchaser.No future because far from Islamabad and not a part of Murree.
U may Construct house in Zone-I,II or V Islamabad and from the income of this house enjoy cold weather of Murree. |
