DHA Valley Islamabad,

I would like to have opinion of my colleagues of this forum...

What you see is the future of DHA Valley Islambad. So far half the time is gone, we paid six (6) installments. Is there any change on ground, means any development? Is is worth to pay or hold the further installments?

They are so efficient that they never even up-date their website; still the ads of 2008/09 are on there.

Since I am an Overseas Pakistan, I would seeks advice from my countrymen in this regards.

Please share your thoughts, recommendations and if possible to attached any development activity taken place recently.

Dear overseas my sympathies are with you but I am afraid there is nothing good in news for you, Trust me DHA Vally was launched just to rip overseas. Approximately 3 KM of express road is laid in pieces and nothing more. just a weak before I visited and saw few workers were erecting chain link fencing poles with HAND MIX concrete. no sign of any machinery and no other activities. Vally will be about 12 KM from Islamabad high way and livable in year 2030.

Faisal Iqbal sahib DHA is charging the surcharges on late payments, therefore suggest to make payments on time to avoid surcharges. Regards

My advise not to pay any instalment unless a proper progress in the site and updathave seen and on their website, u may send them a registered letter to their management regarding not to paying aany instalment any more. first DHAI has to clear our doubts then we will start paying balance instalment.

Brother OP from Jeddah, the location is not bad, the price which you are paying is not too much, if you compare the price vise, the same price you cannot get the plot for house, compare in rawat town > 2000000 per kanal, 1 lak/1 marla. you also paying the same 1 lak /1 marla. but your plot will be in developed you will have all the facilities. when mother born the baby some time she takes more than 9 months, so what problem. the people from lahore realestate they have more concern than the plot holders.

DHA Ph-11 extension is under development, you can visit through earth google you will see some changes on the land near siyallah/mianthoub village.
