Ali sahib, Stop dreaming To have a plot facing main commercial is negative point, In current circumstances and next 20 years there is no Chance these poperties will be converted to commercial. People have already learant the bitter experience of making illegal commercial Plazas/ shops etc.
LDA have refused to covert plots to commercial even facing 200 feet main road in Johar Town. One of my friend is bad stuck and he has no option than to Keep land free for "Atwar Bazar" And get Bhatta from vendors |
