Can you kindly let me know when Phase 7 is getting possession.I have one Plot in R Block, how much there would be upside in prices after the possession in R Block.
Do you think it is good time to make further investment in R block before it gets possession.

Please contact DHA directly to get exact date of possession for DHA 7 R block. We expect it to be some time during this year. We didn't see much rise in price in blocks that were given possession lately.
I think DHA 7 R block is one of the best located best developed block in entire DHA 7. Other than facing graveyard plots one can make a house or do an investment in this block with full confidence.

Dear CMY, Whats about P block, you used to say this is the best block in entire phase-7 and will be developed/possession will be given on first priority. |

Both P and R were my favorite from day one after ballot. P will also be ready for possession during 2010. P and R have their own advantages. R is sandwiched inside DHA 6 and P is on main blvd of DHA 6 and looks more like part of DHA 6 than DHA 7.
