You will also pay 4.5 lacs + 4.2 lacs first installment + transfer fee + commession to LRE.
Rest of the money is paid in instllments. One kanal plot total price was 55 lacs.

dont think its a good idea to invest on a place where there is nothing on ground.
Another thing is good location plots are availble in phase 7 and are almost developed. I think the price of phase 8 should b same as of phase 7 until physical structure comes out for real. |
