I wish experts can put some lights on this sector.What's scope and future? Is this sector useless? or we have to wait 100 years for waiting of devlopment of this sector?

Or i anyone have spent money on this has he/she spoiled?

things are changing in Islamabad,the disadvantages of this sector are.

1,very low income housing scheme.
2, near to pirwadhai,worse area of Pakistan.
any how not good area,keep away from this sector.

and your number 2 point is invalid as I-11/1 is v. near from pirwadhai but not i-11/2 and 3.

@atiq raja What about I-16 25x60 plot ? Currently its available around 9~10lac ...

Me having only 10 lac and looking for Long term investment 8~10 years. can I really get benefit from this ?
