that means dha 8 1 k price will be below 40 lacs n maximum 45 lacs
lots of plots n no buyer
this will also bring the price of phase 6,7 down by 3-5 lacs atleast.
its not the time to buy anything .u r not sure if it is going further down

I love DHA Phase 8 and I am going to invest all of my hard earned life savings in this grate opportunity even though many on this forum have warned me before the ballot and are still warning me.

Most people who applied for phase 8 plots on installments are making money despite a few lifeless and worthless jokers here advising against it who have nothing else to do. |

I got a plot on installment by directly applying from DHA and I did not pay anything to any dealer. If you are familiar with property you should know that DHA also did not pay any commission to dealers for bookings of installment plots.
