Can some one let me know prices ranges in G13-1,G13-2,G13-3,G13-4 pls for 25 * 40 ft, 25*50 n 35 * 70 Plot sizes

Size: 25*40
Rate: 24 to 30lacs
and G13-1,2,3,4
Size: 35*70
Rate: 55 to 70 lacs

35x70 rate is 48 to 65 maxmimum
and 25x40 is 23 to 28 maximum. thanks |

Hi , one thing more, is it getting populated quite quickly. also able to live at the moment. All facilities available inc water, elec n gas ?
