Sir I need your advice I bought 2 plots in formanites 1 a few years back and register them by a friend name. One lakh was paid for each plot to the administration. Now I want to transfer them to my name. my question is how much I have to pay to the administration for this job. And should I have to pay them the balance before transferring. Thanks
