If you have something valid to say you should have courage to properly introduce yourself (name, phone #, address etc with your verifiable claim) and your grievances againt BT. If you are just looking for a cheap plot in BT and want to do negative propaganda against BT just for the sake of creating negative sentiment, that cannot be allowed because the purpose of this site is not to save you some money at the expense of everyone else. We do not discourage balanced and serious debates. Just use the search feature and you will find many.

Lasr week i had my Cousin to visit Bahria office to meet with Mr. Ehsan Malik about the transfer of my plot from Gulmahar to Orchard but they refused to give me my plot in gulmahar.According to him, i was short of one lakh from the total ammount of 10 payments and that's why i was transfered to Orchard.He said,"When we buy the file, there is condition on the back if we don't pay it can be canceled by Bahria" but he aslo, mentioned that wait for four months and Orchard will be better than Bahria "C".

So,i'm asking from experts that do i have any other option or file a case against them in the court? or keep orchard plot.

Bro Nothing can be done about this dispickable behavior by Bahria Town, they also changed my plot number in Jasmine, luckily it was changed to a plot number in a badder location in Jasmine and not to Orchard, they lave heavy extortion charges which one has to pay. The problem is that BT has become successful and for that reason Malik Raiz thinks he has right over all plots for extra charges because the owners are making a good profit.

It is not a good practice of Bahria Town that it shifts its members from one of its project to another.
You do not need to ask any expert about the option of filing of case against Bahria Town. Please just go through Terms and Conditions of your application form which you accepted at the time of applying for a plot.

Well i have voiced many times against the the fraud being carried out by Bahira town ...i was affected in phase 8 pindi town.... they are looting people and then telling people they can do what ever they can according to terms and condition ....they increased the price of plot from 850000 to 1600000 just by taking advantage of words strategically placed ....Terms and Condition mean nothin unless they are written under code of conduct if in terms and condition they write that they have the right to kill the applicant and applicant signs it does it mean they get this right??? answer is no how can they charge plenty from us for not paying in time while they give us no time of completion and fail to complete them selves...why phase 9 has not been developed ...why MR Riaz Malik does not come on tv now and express his pain for poors which he used to several years ago i don't hold bahira town responsible for decease in price thats not their fault but they are fully responsible for delivering me in time something which they have booked ...if price of development have gone up thats their problem cause they should have completed it in time .. why should i pay for their delays.....they have been changing location of whole phases and no one asks them......... i wish our judiciary can notice of this corruption too which is taking place right next to high court pindi ..........btw same applies to DHA lahore /isb

I fully agree with you and join my wish with yours that our judiciary can notice of it.
Not only to DHA rather it applies to every developer brother.
